Online Returns&Refund Policy
HANDISLAND reserves the right to refuse any returns that have been shipped without a request.
For Ceramic products: Due to its particularity, returns are only accepted if the wrong items were accidentally shipped. If something isn’t quite right, please contact us for a return or exchange within 2 weeks of receiving your order, and we will be in touch to arrange the rest. Contact info@handislandcraft.com
For other products: All purchases can be returned or exchange only within 2 weeks following the delivery. We only accept products returned in unused condition with all labels and original packaging fully intact and in a re-sellable condition.
The cost of return shipping in the case of a refund or exchange is to be covered by the purchaser. We are unable to provide prepaid shipping labels for returns at this time.
Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks from the date of receipt of the product to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that the original shipping cost, duties, and/or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.
