Shipping policy

COLLECTION: Our greenest delivery option — Your goods can be collected during opening hours(10:00-18:00 Mon-Fri) from our North London studio. We aim to have orders ready to collect within 24 hours, and we will inform you via confirmation email when it has been prepared (for orders placed on weekends please allow 48 hours). Please collect your order within 30 working days.

 

DELIVERY:  We offer a standard UK delivery service, also we can ship worldwide!  Delivery costs are based on weight.

Our current dispatch time is 2–7 working days.
Made to order pieces will take approximately 1 month to ship.

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when your order has been dispatched. If you haven’t received an email then your order is still being processed.

·European Union: 3 - 10 working days / Royal Mail International - Tracked.
